The first chapter of the David O. McKay School of Education Society for Alumni and Friends held a kickoff in April, 2009 in Mesa, Arizona. Over 60 alumni in the Mesa/Phoenix area attended the Friday evening event where they visited with McKay School representatives and heard from Dean Young and professor Marie Tuttle. They renewed old friendships, formed new ones, and enjoyed special music and a lovely dinner.
