What is a Placement File?

A placement file is a portfolio of the student's credentials, sent out to school districts in order to help students get a job and complete the application process.

Education Placement Registration

A. Go to www.educationplacement.byu.edu to register on two websites

         1. Placement File Website (home for your evaluations)

         2. On-campus Interviewing Website (eRecruiting)

B. Create a professional resume and upload it to both websites

C. Print the Placement File website home page (after you upload your resume) and attach it to your Student Teaching Application.

D. Registration and resume help is available
