*As of September 1, 2012 Utah will officially adopt the 5031 Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects test to replace the 0014/5014 Elementary Education: Content Knowledge test. If you have taken and passed the #0014 or #5014 prior to 9/1/12, your score on this test will fulfill the Utah licensure requirement for elementary education, early childhood education, or special education. If you have not taken and passed #0014 or #5014 prior to 9/1/12, then you must take and pass the Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects test, #5031.

**The El Ed: Multiple Subjects test consists of four subtests. Code #5031 is used to register for all four subtests in one sitting. An individual must pass all four  subtests to be eligible for licensure or to be considered highly qualified. The minimum passing scores (cut scores) are listed below. To register for subtests individually, the following codes may be used:
