LEVEL FIVE HEADING

Level One Heading

Level Two Heading

Level Three Heading

Level four heading. Note, that if your paper uses five levels of headings, the first heading is referred to as a level 5 heading. It is centered and in all uppercase. The next heading is referred to as a level one heading. Level five, one and two headings are all centered. Level two, three and four headings are italicized, while the level five and level one headings are not. The first letter of all the major words are capitalized in the level one, two and three headings. Don't capitalize minor words (e.g., and, the, not, or, on, of). Level four headings are indented, end with a period, only the first word is capitalized, and body text follows the heading as shown in this example.
