Training Consultant
Description
- Conduct training assessments; work with client group to identify specific
learning objectives;
- Design/coordinate development of customized training programs;
- Work with learning technologies group when technology represents best
delivery alternative.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project design, delivery and management of independent
projects.
- Has design input, project management and implementation responsibilities
for specific projects contracted with external training vendors.
- Conduct training needs assessments; work with client group to identify
specific learning objectives.
- Design and conduct focus group/interview protocol and processes.
- May deliver learning or facilitate meetings with all organizational
levels.
- Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure learning has been applied in job
performance.
Required Experience
- 3+ years training development/instructional design
