Training Consultant Description Conduct training assessments; work with client group to identify specific learning objectives; Design/coordinate development of customized training programs; Work with learning technologies group when technology represents best delivery alternative. Responsibilities Responsible for project design, delivery and management of independent projects. Has design input, project management and implementation responsibilities for specific projects contracted with external training vendors. Conduct training needs assessments; work with client group to identify specific learning objectives. Design and conduct focus group/interview protocol and processes. May deliver learning or facilitate meetings with all organizational levels. Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure learning has been applied in job performance.
