Expert Review
The expert review involved two experts,These evaluators were given a storyboarded prototype of the EAC web site and a questionnaire for recording their observations and feedback. Following their review of the storyboards, debriefing interviews were conducted with the experts to solidify feedback and suggestions for revisions. Most of the suggested revisions included minor adjustments in the phrasing of certain excerpts, and some additions and deletions to the content. Some of the more significant recommendations included listing the advisors' areas of expertise on the EAC Advisors page, and grouping the frequently asked questions by topic. These suggested revisions were incorporated into the site design and an intial online version was developed. The experts also contributed some additional feedback on the online version before it was made available for the one-on-one evaluations.
