The University is now providing 15MB of disk space on a web server free of charge for each student and faculty member for publishing web documents. We recommend that faculty and students use this space for publishing personal web pages and their resume/vita. Faculty can also use the space for publishing course syllabi. Links to these documents can easily be added to personal profile pages on the department web site.
You must register/activate your web space before you can use it. This only needs to be done once.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email informing you once the web space has been created and is available for use.

Substitute yourNetId with your Net ID and yourFileName with the name of a file you placed on the server.
When you name your files, avoid the use of spaces and special characters (&*%$, etc). Word documents should have the suffix, ".doc", and HTML documents should have the suffix, ".html". Examples of proper files names include: "syllabus560.doc" and "myWebPage.html".
