Dr. Caldarella is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in the state of Utah. He has had a variety of experiences working and doing research in schools. As Director of BYU-PBSI, he coordinates and facilitates the development, research, and evaluation of all aspects of the project. His responsibilities include supervising the research team and collaborating with individuals from multiple backgrounds including university faculty, students, and school district personnel.
