Step 1. Complete the online graduate studies application (click here). All application materials must be submitted online to graduate studies. Materials required by CPSE will be forwarded to the department.
Step 2. Provide the names and email addresses of three recommenders.
Step 3. Attach a statement of intent addressed to the CPSE department. A statement of intent is a two- to three-page document outlining the applicant’s professional goals, understanding of the field of school psychology, and preparation for the program, along with a short discussion of the individual's research goals.
Step 4. Include one unofficial transcript from each institution previously attended.
Step 5. Also include your GRE general portion test scores: Analytic Writing, Verbal Reasoning, and Quantitative Reasoning.
Applications are due December 1. Students apply for the program in the fall; application decisions are made during winter and spring, and students who are admitted will start in the fall of the following year. Applicants may check the status of their application on the website.
