The EIME PhD program is designed to provide students with a balance between depth and breadth and between theory and practice in educational research. The EIME program consists of 6 interrelated components that provide a common core as well as choice and flexibility to accommodate the needs and interests of individual students.

Students can show proof of competence by describing experiences they have obtained or products they have developed. New students should consult with their program advisor to determine what requirements they have completed and which, if any, courses they need to complete.
