Dr. Winters received her bachelor’s degree from BYU and her PhD in School Psychology from Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, she specialized in providing services to English Language Learners and their families. Dr. Winters completed her internship and post-doctoral training at a residential school for at-risk youth, where she provided counseling, assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention services. She joined the School Psychology program at BYU in August 2021.
