Rebecca Hunter

Dr. Rebecca Hunter is an associate teaching professor in the Department of Teacher Education, bringing more than a decade of experience as a public-school educator to her work in teacher preparation. Her scholarship focuses on the clinical experiences of preservice teachers and the processes of teacher change. She has taught courses in classroom management, instructional planning and assessment, and elementary social studies methods. Dr. Hunter holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy from the University of Utah, a master’s degree in public administration from Brigham Young University, and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Utah.
