James Moore

Today's news doesn't paint a pretty picture of the future. However, a decade of working in both the public and private sector in China gives James reason to be hopeful. Come hear James' story of how he got started in China, raised a family, set up several businesses, and eventually became the first American to work for the Chinese government in Zhejiang province. Bring questions and a curiosity for why he is optimistic about the future. James is currently the CEO of a global firm in Salt Lake City. He holds a BA in Chinese from Brigham Young University, a Ph.D. from Zhejiang University in Entrepreneurship Management, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He met the girl of his dreams while she was attending law school at BYU and they are now the proud parents of five children.
