Richard West received the Outstanding Theoretical Journal Article Award by the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) Research and Theory Division (RTD) for his article “Toward functional expertise through formal education: Identifying an opportunity for higher education.” West will be presented with this award at the RTD Membership and Award meeting at the AECT Convention in October.
