My Beak Can Eat

I have a beak.
The beak can eat.
The beak can eat peas.
The beak can eat meat.
The beak eats peas and meat.
Can the beak eat beans?
Can the beak eat a peach?
Yes! The beak can eat beans and a peach.
What a treat for the beak!

What Squeaks in My Creepy House?

Close your eyes and do not peek!
Do you hear that squeak, squeak, squeak?
In the room I hear a squeak!
In the room I hear a creak!
I think I need to take a peek.
The squeak is coming from a mouse . . .
. . . in my creaky wooden house!
Do you see that squeaky mouse . . .
. . . making noise inside my house?
Squeak, squeak, squeak!
Take a peek!

Creep and Sneak in a Creepy House

Come creep along through my creepy house.
Close your eyes and do not peek.
Close your lips and do not speak.
Feel your way and creep along.
Do you hear that creak, creak, creak?
Creep along and do not speak.
Do you hear that squeak, squeak, squeak?
I think we need to take a peek to see what makes those creaks and squeaks!
EEK!
It’s a mouse inside the squeaky, creepy house.
Do you see that squeaky mouse?
He is squeaking inside my house.
Squeak, squeak, squeak!
EEK! EEK! EEK!

Queen Jean

Queen Jean is as skinny and lean as a green bean.
So we ask her to please take a seat at our feast.
We let her read what she can eat for this big meal—a  beast of a feast.
She reads what she can eat: meat, green peas, green beans, and cheese.
She reads what she can eat: a sweet treat made of wheat.
And she gets to eat the meat, peas, beans, cheese, and a sweet treat.

When she finishes with the meal she can leave the feast.
But with this one big feast, Queen Jean will still be quite lean.

Beam at the Sight of Ice Cream

We beam when we see ice cream.
We scream for the ice cream.
“Ice cream!”
We beam when we get the ice cream.
Ice cream!

We beam when we see whipped cream.
We scream for the whipped cream.
“Whipped cream!”
We beam when we get the whipped cream.
Whipped cream!

We beam when we get whipped cream on ice cream.
What a dream—to get ice cream with whipped cream!

Scream for Ice Cream

ICE CREAM! ICE CREAM!
Our team lets out a scream for ICE CREAM!
“Ice Cream!”
We scream for ice cream!
We scream, “We want ice cream!”
“Whipped cream! Whipped cream!”
Our team lets out a scream for whipped cream.
“Whipped cream!”
We scream for whipped cream!
We scream, “We want whipped cream on our ice cream!”
What a dream!
