Moth on a Cloth

A cloth!
Cloth is made of threads—thin threads or thick threads.
But, be careful with your cloth!
Because moths like cloth.
A moth likes to eat cloth.
A moth will eat thick threads.
A moth will eat thin threads.
A moth can eat your cloth!

Find the Thimble

One, two, three!
Time to hide the thimble!
It is a small thing.
I must think where to hide it.
One, two, three!
Time to find the thimble.
Where can it be?

Thick and Thin Thread

Think about thick and thin things.
Think about thick and thin threads.
Think about thick and thin needles.
Does thick thread go through a thin needle?
Does thin thread go through a thick needle?
Does thick thread go through a thick needle?
Does thin thread go through a thin needle?
You can put thin thread through thin needles.
You can put thick thread through thick needles.

Find a Thing on a Path

Along a path, we found a thing.
A thing to play with in the bath.
A thing to throw into the tub.
A thing that goes thump, thunk, and thud when it’s thrown in the bath.
What was the thing?
It was a toy duck!
We threw that toy duck in the bath.
And It went thump, thud, thunk, and quack!

The Path to a Bath

Follow a path to take a bath.
Thump your foot as you go along the path to the bath.
Look, there is a thing on the path.
Is that a cloth on the path?
It is! Bring the cloth to the bath.
Look, there is another thing on the path.
Is it a bath toy?
Is it something to play with in the bath?
It is! It is a bath toy.

Time to take a bath.
Throw both the bath toy and the cloth in the bath.
Thunk, thunk!
Thud, thud!
Take a bath!

Thump Down a Path to the Bath

Thud, thump, bump
         down a path.
Thud, thump, bump
down a path to a bath.
Thud, thump, bump
down a path to a bathtub
Thud, thump, bump . . .
Down a path to take a bath
Thud, thump, bump . . .

At the end of the path is a tub for a bath!
Ahhh!
At the end of the path I can take a warm bath.

I am Thankful

I am thankful for many things.
I am thankful for the earth.
I am thankful for bathtubs.
I am thankful for thumbs.
I am thankful for teeth.
I am thankful for thinking.
I am thankful for thoughts.
What are you thankful for?

Tooth Booth

Do you have a tooth to give to the tooth fairy?
Do you have three teeth to give to the tooth fairy?
Maybe you could take three teeth to the tooth fairy.

You can find the tooth fairy at the Tooth Booth.
Follow the path to the Tooth Booth.
Bring one tooth or three teeth to the tooth fairy at the Tooth Booth.
Go along the path to get to the Tooth Booth.
When you get to the Tooth Booth, give one tooth or three teeth to the tooth fairy.
Give the tooth or the teeth to the tooth fairy at the Tooth Booth.
The tooth fairy will be thankful for teeth!

Thick and Thin Things

Some things are thick.
Some things are thin.
Sometimes thick and thin things get dropped.
When some thick things get dropped, I think they will make a thump or a thud.
But if a thin piece of paper gets dropped, I don’t think it will make a thump or a thud.
Try dropping some thin and thick things to see which ones make a thump or a thud.
Think about some thin and thick things that might make a thump or a thud.
Think of some thin and thick things that might not make a thump or a thud.
Let’s drop some thick and thin things.

How Many Are There?

Think about this picture.
How many things are in the picture?
Three?
Thirteen?
Thirty?
Three hundred?
A thousand?
Three thousand?
Guess how many you think.
