About the Conference

Mission Statement

The mission of the BYU China Conference is to promote the values of Brigham Young University by developing people of "faith, intellect, and character who have the skills and the desire to continue learning and to serve others throughout their lives," and to strengthen cross-cultural ties by:

  • building a lifelong, supportive and integrative Chinese community and
  • providing educational, professional, and cultural opportunities to aid individuals and communities in their growth and progression.

Conference Overview

BYU China Conference is a student-run annual event, founded in 2015. The conference invites prominent individuals in business, academics, government, culture, and religion to offer insights and ideas focused on shaping the future of Chinese-American business and cultural relationships. The day of the conference mainly consists of professional lectures, mentoring sessions, workshops, and a career fair. Watch More
