“Rise & Shout” and “Shout Out” Awards
The Rise & Shout Award (formerly the SAERA award) recognizes outstanding contributions and extraordinary results, based on the demonstration of the BYU Mission and Values. These awards are granted following a review by the nominee's management team. Each staff may only receive one Rise & Shout award per semester.
The “Shout Out” Award is for peer-to-peer recognition. These awards may be granted at any time to express thanks and appreciation to colleagues.
