Cally

Cally Flox

Cally Flox is the Founding Director of the BYU ARTS Partnership which is housed in the Center for Improvement of Teacher Education and Schooling (CITES) in the McKay School of Education at Brigham Young University. Cally has established a strong foundation to ensure the programs developed in the BYU ARTS Partnership will continue serving children in perpetuity. As a licensed teacher, she has taught dance, math, and P.E. in public schools. She is a licensed principal with her MEd in Educational Leadership. Cally has additional training in brain compatible learning including, developmental kinesiology and sensory integration which is reflected in her teaching. She spent many years teaching creative dance and the integrated arts to all ages in both private and public settings. She spends her personal and professional time engaging with people in the arts, including her husband and adult children who share her passion and commitment.
