Arts Express Summer Conference

A 2-day summer conference that provides arts instruction in 5 art forms (dance, drama, media arts, music and visual arts), along with strategies for integrating the arts across the curriculum.
The Learning Edge Conference
For: K–12 Principals, Administrators, and Teacher Leaders
This annual conference alternates the focus between the arts/ arts integration and the instruction of gifted and talented students. Topics include current research and practice to improve instruction for the individual needs of diverse students.
Arts Integration Endorsement
The Arts Integration Endorsement will help teachers improve their skills in 6 art forms as well as learn pedagogy to teach and integrate the arts across the curriculum.
Arts Leadership Academy
ALA provides ten days of workshops over the first year in which Teachers build basic personal skills in the arts, learn pedagogical skills in the arts, and learn to integrate the arts across the curriculum. Teachers learn to bring arts experiences into their classroom to deepen learning as well as to advocate for the arts and provide local leadership.
Arts Bridge
After completing Year One, each teacher is paired with a BYU arts education major, who goes into the classroom to teach a selected art form in the classroom. Arts Leadership Symposium
ARTS Leadership Symposium convenes all Arts Academy Alumni annually to update and refresh their skills. Highly skilled presenters share current research and information. Teachers collaborate and share instructional strategies. Conversations focus on improving student learning through arts integrated instruction.
