Graduates of the Arts Leadership Academy convene annually for the Arts Leadership Symposium. These conversations and workshops provide ongoing support for these teacher leaders to continue improving their instructional practice.

Teachers gather to engage in the arts and revisit strategies for quality arts integration in their classroom and school. Teachers reflect on their practice and growth as they plan and share the results of action research they conduct in their own classrooms to evaluate their instructional practice and document the results on student learning from arts integrated instruction. These teachers are prepared to provide information and demonstrate exceptional practice to district leaders and to other teachers.
