School or District Payment Instructions

To register a group of teachers:

Each teacher in the group will need to go online to register.

  • Step 1) Complete the personal information and select workshops
  • Step 2) Under payment method click: My School or District will pay for me.
  • Step 3) A blank space will then pop-up to write in the school or district that is paying.
  • Step 4) Go to the bottom of the registration page and click: Finish to complete the registration to hold your space in the workshop sessions. You will not be registered or your sessions saved if you do not click Finish!

The school payment officer will complete the payment.

  • Step 1) Gather the list of names of teachers/administrators in the group to submit with your payment.
  • Step 2) Under payment method Submit payment and list of participants.
    • A credit card number may be called in to the BYU Arts Partnership office at 801-422-4974.
    • OR mail in a check to BYU Arts Partnership, 149-H MCKB, Provo, Utah 84602.
